本《信任建設與透明化文檔》(以下簡稱“本透明化文檔”)旨在向您全面、清晰地展示Mejene如何通過信息公示、流程可視、數據可溯,踐行“美有可溯,數據保真”的品牌承諾。我們將合作診所、材料品牌、產品價格、服務流程等信息主動向您公開,讓您的每一次決策都有據可依。
本透明化文檔以中文和英文書寫。兩種語言文本具有同等法律效力。中文版本與英文版本在任何條款的解釋上發生衝突,應以中文版本為準。
本透明化文檔是《Mejene覓臻顏用戶服務協議》的組成部分,與主協議具有同等法律效力。
一、合作診所公示
1.1 公示目的
根據《醫療機構依法執業信息公示要求》及四部門聯合通知,口腔醫療機構應“主動在明顯區域公示本機構各項口腔醫療服務、醫用耗材等信息,並向公眾提供查詢服務,接受社會監督”。為踐行這一原則,Mejene對合作診所進行完整公示。
1.2 公示內容
我們對每家合作診所公示以下信息:

為保障您的監督權,本平臺設有服務評價功能。您在合作診所就診後,可對本次服務進行評價(匿名或實名,由您選擇)。評價將作為診所服務質量的重要參考,但不公開展示涉及個人隱私的內容。
二、材料品牌與價格公示
2.1 品牌公示
Mejene平臺提供的所有牙冠、牙貼面產品,均採用聯名品牌模式(Mejene x 品牌名),清晰公示材料來源:

3. 查看質保信息:系統將顯示:
- 產品基本信息(品牌、型號、生產日期)
- 原廠材料證明(可鏈接至原廠驗證頁面)
- 加工廠信息
- 質保期限
- 維修記錄(如有)
3.3 質保卡與Smile ID關聯
您的質保卡信息將自動關聯至您的Smile ID。登錄本平臺後,您可在“我的質保卡”中查看所有質保卡信息,無需重複輸入。

At Mejene覓臻顏, we firmly believe that **trust stems from transparency, and transparency stems from data**.
This "Trust Building and Transparency Documentation" (hereinafter referred to as "this Transparency Documentation") aims to comprehensively and clearly demonstrate to you how Mejene fulfills its brand promise of "A Traceable Beauty, Genuine Data" through information disclosure, process visualization, and data traceability. We proactively disclose information regarding partner clinics, material brands, product prices, service processes, and more, ensuring that every decision you make is evidence-based.
This Transparency Documentation is written in both d Chinese and English. Both language versions shall have equal legal effect. In the event of any conflict in the interpretation of any term or provision between the Chinese version and the English version, the Chinese version shall prevail.
This Transparency Documentation is an integral part of the "Mejene覓臻顏 User Service Agreement" and has the same legal effect as the main agreement.
I. Partner Clinic Disclosure
1.1 Purpose of Disclosure
According to the "Requirements for Public Disclosure of Medical Institution Legal Practice Information" and the joint notice from four government departments, oral medical institutions should "proactively disclose information regarding their oral medical services and medical consumables in prominent areas, and provide public inquiry services to accept social supervision" . To implement this principle, Mejene provides full disclosure of its partner clinics.
1.2 Disclosure Content
We disclose the following information for each partner clinic:

1.4 Service Evaluation
To protect your right to supervise, this Platform features a service evaluation function. After your visit to a partner clinic, you may evaluate the service received (anonymously or with your name, at your choice). These evaluations will serve as an important reference for clinic service quality, but content involving personal privacy will not be publicly displayed.
II. Material Brand and Price Disclosure
2.1 Brand Disclosure
All dental crown and veneer products offered on the Mejene platform utilize a co-branding model (Mejene x Brand Name), with clear disclosure of material sources:

- This Platform reserves the right to adjust prices based on market changes; orders paid before any adjustment will not be affected
- After purchasing products on this Platform, you will receive Dual Warranty Cards*(Original Manufacturer Warranty Card + Processing Facility Warranty Card), traceable for life

After purchasing a product through the Mejene platform, you will receive two warranty cards:

3.3 Warranty Card and Smile ID Association
Your warranty card information will be automatically linked to your Smile ID. After logging in to this Platform, you can view all your warranty card information under "My Warranty Cards" without needing to re-enter it.

IV. Transparent Service Process
4.1 Six-Step Transparent Process
Your Mejene service journey will go through the following six transparent checkpoints:
